🪴 The secret to staying consistent all year (starting in June)

Hi friends,
There’s something about June that always feels like a second January.
Maybe it’s the energy shift: longer days, warmer weather, and the first real feeling of summer. Or maybe it’s because we’re halfway through the year, and I can’t help but check in with myself:
Where am I?
What have I created?
What needs a reset?
June always gives me permission to pause, reflect, and recommit, not from a place of guilt, but from devotion.
Not “I have to fix my life.”
More like: “I care about my life enough to check in.”
MY GENTLE MID-YEAR RESET RITUAL
I like to keep it simple but intentional. And honestly? My reset never looks like a full life overhaul, more like a gentle conversation with myself.
Here are the 3 tools I use to reset and realign my life every season (and especially in June):
⌾ Ultimate Goal Tracker – my Notion template for mapping out my goals, organized by area of life using the Wheel of Life method. I love using this to reflect on Q1 + Q2, see what’s working, and adjust my focus for the next 90 days.
⌾ Ultimate Habit Tracker – this is my daily dashboard. I’m not tracking habits to force myself to be “disciplined,” I’m tracking because I want to stay connected to the identity I’m building. This template reminds me: you become what you repeat.
⌾ Bookshelf Tracker – honestly, I use this more than Goodreads. It’s my favorite way to log the books I’m reading, save quotes I love, and remember the ideas that spoke out the most to me.

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER
Resetting doesn’t mean rewriting your entire life.
It’s not about being “on track” or “behind.” It’s about checking in with the version of you you’re trying to become and making sure your daily life reflects that.
Even if Q1 didn’t go how you planned, even if you haven’t opened a book in weeks or feel behind on your goals… you’re never behind. Everything is going to be okay. It’s not too late. Not even close.
I’ll be doing my reset this week: revisiting my Wheel of Life, choosing just a few key habits, and realigning with what feels true, not just what looks good on paper.
